Not an easy thing to do, to muscle test,
or leave you at a total loss? ;p
Lets assume muscle test as I would not
be so unkind as to confuse you or leave you
at a total loss on purpose...
Perhaps, as a Touch for Health Therapist,
I have more experience in muscle testing.
My favorite chiropractor uses muscle testing
constantly, and I was taught to muscle test
by an incredible old gentleman from Kansas
City, years ago. I found it difficult to
believe he would muscle test for things such
as if he should eat a banana or how much
of one herb or another he may need for a
strong enough dose to knock out a virus,
but he was convincing and piqued my interest.
You may find it hard to believe but I *do*
use testing on a daily basis. It works for
me, perhaps because I am sensitive to energy
and find it a better way to read my needs
than others.
The woman who taught my Touch for Health
classes worked with professional football
players and used muscle testing to bring
the players into optimal health. That alternative
healing modality relies a lot on muscle testing
and cues into the electrical system as easily
as a chiropractor cues into the muscular or
skeletal one. There must be something to it
too since in some places, treatments using
it are covered by insurance.
I trust myself and my ability to discern
what my body does not resonate with using
this method. Certainly, I added the caveat
that it may appeal to some readers, knowing
that not all are able to appreciate this
way of telling whether something can be
harmful for them. Fortunately, I have had
years of exposure to it, so no longer need
convincing of its benefits.
be happy, be well,
Zoe
