I used to rinse with saltwater too. I am really sloppy as far as brushing goes, but I do have a lot of fillings. Since I grew up during WWII, there was no such a thing as toothpaste I never brushed as a child and I never got in a regular habit.
Now I do it once in a while but have a toothpick that looks like pen next to my computer.

I just bought a toothbrush and you don't use toothpaste, so in the last week I "brush" my teeth while reading CZ. I keep it in the kitchen so I can do it anytime of the day.
