Thanks, this is amazing. I am surely gonna give this a shot and do it religiously for a month or two.

I am also planning to supplement with Cod Liver Oil. It helps with skin conditions....

I started OP couple of months ago and then slacked off beacuse of my 4 year old. But now I wannna keep at it.

I have told my 4 year old that sometimes mommy has to do a mouthwash and she cant speak. So now she understands and it has become easier for me to do this home therapy even in her presence.
