This man should have been turned in to authorities when he exposed himself to the girl. This is not acceptable behavior. He is a pervert!!!

Please talk to the girl today. If she is being sexually threatened in any way she should be taken from the home. Contact DCFS or some other authority. The mother is just as much to blame as this man that she is allowing to abuse her child. The mother is part of the problem. I would not give her a second thought. This girl does not have a chance unless someone like you intervenes.
