Hmmm, I probably did eat a few things that I shouldn't have when I broke the fast. It just doesn't seem as though it should have threw of my system so drastically after only 7 days and I never had this problem with juice fasting and it seems 3 weeks is a long time to get back to normal. However maybe with this particular cleanse it is different. I do think it is more harsh compaired to juices but certainly gets the job done. I just wish sombody else had experienced this. I am still contemplating trying it again. Thank you so much for the input.
