Suggested by me previous naturopath I had been using natural estrogen and progesterone creams for six years to deal with my menopausal symptoms. After many Liver Flushes and some more reasearch I decided to phase out the creams, but my symptoms returned. So I found myself a new Naturopathic doctor who gave me Unda remedies to help my body to self regulate hormones. The remedies seem to be working fine, I have reduced the hormone creams drastically, hope to be free of them in a month or two, and my symptoms are minimal!
