what i wonder is whether continuous non stop use of DE for a period of time would work or would 10 days on and 10 days off work better because of the life cycles
i wanted to take DE but i'm currently taking colostrum and it's annoying to space them both out before food as they probably should not be taken together.
the fact that it constipates people scares me as well...
