No, no diarrhea. Been eating lots of fruit, past several days. Have begun Grz' greens drink, with a few additions of my own. Very cleansing! Started 4 days ago, the veggie challenge, so no meat. Hemorrhoids are noticeable each time, I do my 'bidness'...although, thankfully, not painful.
