my diet has never been better. i use to be constipated. i used to strain. but i dont anymore. havent in over 8 months. but now i get the hemroids. its really frustrating.

i have been tring the squating as i have heard good things. i have been perching on the throne for 3 days now. the hemroids have not gotten better. a lil worste actually. im still working out the whole squatting thing. i havent quite worked out the whole peeing thing, and avoiding the big splash (oh my this is fun conversation!)

can i use my Iodine tincture with oil?

i dont have a tub in my house so im not sure the sitz bath is going to work. maybe if they get bad enough ill get desprate.
