When you are doing a Liver Flush or any cleaning for that matter. If you do get nausea or even if vomit this is a good sign. This means that you are releasing toxins and this by no means that you are doing anything. Not everyone will react to detoxification reactions the same way. I know this sounds a little weird that if you become nausea or vomit that it is a good sign. I believe that everyone that does any type of detox will experience some detoxification reactions. However, the severity of the reactions depends on the person sensitivity to these reactions. I hope this helps to understand that you are experiencing is a normal sign of detoxification.
