I have been taking Iodine since last April along with vit C (2 gr) and selenium (100-200mcg).
Iodine dosing varied from 5-25 drops/daily.

But lately the 25 drops daily increased my intestinal bleeding and had to stop.I don't know if it was due to Mercury detox or not but the loss of blood was unbearable.I stopped painting also 2 days ago to see what will happen.In the past I had blood test and hair analysis which both showed mercury intoxication.

Iodine really helped me in many ways but that last thing couldn't get further.
