Forget the flora replacement, IMO your first step needs to be the implementation of Iodine with all supplements required to help remove the heavy metals the Iodine shakes loose.

Another is to re-mineralize, see the audios at

for why intestinal bacteria only helps temporarily as long as aluminum is killing off your yttrium.
