If you ever want to do such a project I can easily make a new page or a new web site, etc....For me, such things take time and I find my self putting it off. Matt in Texas host the website, he is super nice, etc....he even suggested last that I make a new website with just the de-wormer only, that a website with too much info confuses the average looker.
My plan was to eliminate most of the old web site and only got it partially done, so much of the remains probably doesn't look that great. IF you want to create a NEW WEBSITE, pick a name, see if its available, I will buy it. Make a new website for that web site and Matt can host it and I can link it from the first page of the old website. I made the mistake of letting the first website go obsolete and it seemed like the old customers couldn't find the new web site, even today the old curezone info leads people off to the obsolete web site.
MATT has all the knowlege to make a website fancy, he said if it is out there and can be done, he can do it as well. If you needed any help, he would probably aid in this, etc....
The store was a disaster, the homestead hosting company was a disaster, they were extremely over prices nasty people who worked against all their customers and even Matt had huge problems removing their software garbage from my web site and even today, there are pages effected from homesteads garbage even years later. So now I know it is best to DUMP such places like homestead and start out with fresh web pages and don't try to save your old pages that were hosted by those who seek control.
Homestead charged $50 a month for small space and refused to help you do anything unless they could add on more monthly rent. For instance, to put a enter button on a disclaimer page, homestead wanted $200 and had it set up so no one else could do it, while with Matt, it took about 1 minute to install a enter button. THE DIFFERANCE between someone wanting to help and some company that is greedy to the max.
So there you go! You have the skills, if you have the time, you can re-create the barefootherbalist/curezone info center.
As far as a store goes, the one I have needs to be 100% redone, it was never completed and has plenty of minor mistakes and I never learned how to edit it, so it has stayed this way for some time.
The store should show 6 products:
The DeWormer
Lower Bowel Balance
Kidney Cleanse
Longevity Spices
Mrs. Barefoot Capsules
Oregano
The School of Self-Applied Prevention.
All other formulas as options for those that have read the Dr. John R. Christopher books and desire to experiment with such formulas.
You have the freedom to make/design etc., etc... because that is not my strong point! I can't type and using a computer is a gamble to me, if it works when I turn it on, I am happy, otherwise if it doesn't work, I end up buying a new one.
If your website is great, then it can replace the material I have, etc.........but otherwise I don't plan on phasing out the
http://www.barefootherbalistmh.com
name, because it seems people get lost for at least 1 year after you change names.
It would be nice to make this forum an info website, just in case the curezone plug is ever pulled or melts down. There are many possiblilities, all of which I don't make time for. The summer months are vacation and herb picking, the last thing on my list is to correct the web site.
If you have any interest, e-mail me, let me know what you need/want, etc.
Blessings,
MH
