DE works great for me. I've expelled a lot of big worms that look like Ascaris after taking it. But it's also very constipating for me, so I have trouble staying the course for very long with it.

My former sister in law was staying with me temporarily when I was into making DE smoothies. I made a batch with strawberries and bananas, had some left over, and offered it to her. She tasted it and asked me what was in it. I said "dewormer"...

She got a very concerned look on her face, took a deep breath and said, "OK, I'm gonna just go with the flow here!" and drank it all down. The next morning I heard her scream and got up to see what was going on. She was in the bathroom, wanted me to come look at her poop. She shat a bunch of worms.

It definitely works. Resistance isn't as likely either, as it kills them by cutting into their shells/skin/protein and disabling them. It's finely powdered volcanic ash, which is essentially the same thing as ground glass, I suppose.
