He is indeed selling something....the bowel cleanse.

You use Epsom Salt to clean the bowels before the olive oil.
And you do the same in the morning to get all the toxins and left over stones out.

The Epsom Salt cost you pennies, I don't know about his bowel cleanse.
Some people take a saltwater flush in the morning for cleaning.
Cheap too.

His flush is similar to all the flushes and they all have some variations.
