But the Sugar thing, yes there are good sugars if they are complexed with enough alkaline minerals! Things like Black Strap Molasses are very healthy and actually bypass the stomach and into the intestines to help feed the good bacteria or flora that helps you digest your foods and also releases its huge amount of minerals at the same time! Stevia is another one if it is grown in high mineral content soil!
