If you click on the link in my original posting it will take you to the page where Dr. Anderson describes the flushing protocol. It is the same page where he urges against Epsom Salt.

Basically it is just old good olive oil and lemon juice. The only thing he "sells" is his bowel moving formula, which I think is not that critical and can be replaced with your own favorite remedy.
