I use a 4 point setup, foot pads and handholds, but my lymph detox I run mostly with footpads only and it works. Also I ran a T.Multiceps-Serials Tapeworm script with Hulda backfrequencies I built the other day with footpads only and a cyst on my forearm was aching...

Like I said, can't compare it to the EMEM since I don't have it but the Hulda scripts always work best for me.
