Not that I am a huge fan of xylitol ,It is a Sugar alchohol and they are metabolised differently than other sugars/carbs.

And I would rather eat regular Sugar than put Aspartame in my body.

Understand, regardless if these companies do not add Sugar to their products,they still are full of sugar..think beyond sucrose.

Lactose, maltose,dextrose,galactose,fructose etc..all are sugars.
