I seriously doubt it. No normal person would consume molasses past it tasteing good, so it is not like they are consuming gallons weekly. Even if they did, the plant source iron is not like the rock source iron. The people I know of that consume it daily have super white teethe, never a cavity and never need to brush their teethe. Their heads are also large and their jaw holds all their teethe well.
