Day 5. day one and 2 were water and a bit of Kombuchu tea. I'm still taking the Juice Plus (organic dehydrated juice capsules) because of what I've read re: heart disease...I have a lot in my family and I'd hate to find out I have it now. Day 3-now are Evian.

I feel good, not great. Its as if all nerves can feel things with more intensity. I'm tired but not sleepy - but I still have to get work done and maintain my business and staff.

Today I'm out in the garden enjoying the summer. Listening to my body is nice now, its happier. "searching for all things to eat like waste, dead cells, ..." - I can't wait to get all that crap out.

I'm in this for 28 days, 23 more to go.....
