I've had back pain since 1999. Not so much on the spinal disks but all over my entire thorasic area including the flanks. The worse area would be under my right shoulder blade. I had times at work I would collapse due to the pain.

My other main symptom is head seizures during sleep. I also had this since 1999.

Also lately had leg soreness(both legs) & heaviness with extreme calf pain. The calf pain I had for many years.

I have many more symptoms, but I don't wish to make this post long. I have lyme & candida(as far as I can tell).

Ok...the good news. All I did last night before going to bed was take some Sea Salt (RealSalt) in my hand twice & put in my mouth with some water. I happy to say I had no seizures last night, whereas the night before I had like 8 seizures. No back pain...felt nice to finally sit in my lazyboy with my morning tea with no pain & more mobile. Legs feel good too. No struggle getting upstairs.

I'm not saying I'm cured, but I think I'm getting somewhere. I think the answer is obvious...I must be mineral deficient. So you can be sure I'm following this salt protocol & the Water Cure .
