I've noticed my neck and back are out of whack when the toxins build up in the muscles. If I can get some of the Swedish massage pressure points to release (basically apply firm pressure to muscle knots, which happen to be where nerve clusters are, until the knots release ... can take up to 5 minutes, and can hurt), then the next time I do an oil pull, it gets really thick immediately, and voila no more pain and my spinal alignment is much better.
