Would you (or anyone) care to suggest which of the Becks products would be a must, vs which might be more along the description of "relaxation enablers/enhancers" or optional? While the BT7 does not appear to be a product which would "eliminate" anything - it appeals to me for other reasons. Is it possible its capabilities are beyond what might be assumed?

For Depression try some Kirkland fish oil for $8 at Cosco or on the net. Highest quality available at a very low cost. I take 3 capsules with every meal and I feel way more relaxed all the time.
