I did many tests. Results:
Super high Sorbitol, high lactose, mild fructose intolerance + high
SIBO (small intentine bacterial overgroth). I went to a gastroenterologist and have those test done. Almost 20 years going to different docs and this is the one who discovered what was going on. Since I knew exactly what was the problem I started to take care. Before I had an idea that I had those intolerances, but the one that surprised me was the sorbitol. I had absolutly no idea. That means I should avoid all the berries (straw. blue. che. etc) no vinegars, no raisins etc. I used to have breakfast with berries, now...

I have bb ocassionally not like before. Ask your doctors to have those tests done. You will be amazed of the results.
