Hello All:
Just wanted to say that I took a break from work yesterday when I felt so bad and wanted to quit the fast. I went outside into the sunshine and read my Bible. Then in the evening I took an epsolm salt bath. Finally I contacted two friends to pray that I'd get a good night's sleep.

WOW - what a differnce! Back on track on day 5.
