I'm no expert, however I have done one 11 day cleanse. I think what you need to think about is that there are toxins, etc. in more places in your body than your digestive tract. As I understand it, the longer the cleanse, the more action you get down at the cellular level. I had my gallbladder out 6 months ago and have not had the diarrhea that most experience. I tend to go the other way but I think that is due to the thyroid problems I am experiencing. I have been more regular after the master cleanse. I am going to do it again after doing a liver cleanse. The next time I am going to do 21 days. Let us know your experience if you decide to do it.
