Hey Telman:
I think you are a great and knowledgeable guy. And I seriously hope u are feeling better with all these flushes. If not, its time to change strategies to fight a problem. Hope u have found the underlying cause of your GB problems.

With all my reading an trying different protocols, one thing I have found is, there are no are magic bullets/cure alls. A combination of protocols work in getting vibrant health. We just cannot bank on one single protocol. And moderation is called for....

I hope you are taking time off from these flushes. You have had enough.
