The smell is probably that digestion is being interfered with and the food in your intestine is putrefying. Very often, bad breath comes from the intestine. But if you are saying that people can smell you at a distance, it might be that the putrifying toxins aren't being filtered from your blood and are in your perspiration and gather in your hair. If there is any weight gain or change in the frequency of your bowel movements on the toilet, then probiotics F.O.S. (fructo-oligo-saccharides) and fiber should help your digestion.

Proper digestion could help a lot.

Garlic is good for the digestion because it helps prevent putrefaction. The use of garlic doesn't have to be permanent, just enough to stop the putrefaction until your intestine gets healthier. Parsley is also good for the chlorophyll because it absorbs the smell. Dogs and cats will nibble on green plants and grass whenever they have problems with digestion, so the chlorophyll probably also helps digestion in other ways also. Try vegetable juices because they are not only very healthy, but also require virtually NO digestion (only metabolism).

Nutrition can be replaced by vegetable juices, but you may rather not do away with solid food completely (munchies), in that case, simply avoid foods that are tough to digest and eat more EASILY digestible foods (cottage cheese, sardines, etc.).

Always drink enough water. Sea Salt is good for many things. On the SALT PAGE, scroll halfway down to read the VITAL FUNCTIONS OF SALT...read especially #6 and #9.

6. Salt is vital for absorption of food particles through the intestinal tract.
