well, it is obvious to me that the salt is doing its job of helping to transport water in and out of the cells. this is why it works.

your friend on the meds for high blood pressure is going in exactly the opposite direction they should. doing the Water Cure will eliminate the blood pressure and edema. the drugs, on the other hand, will kill them.
