Hi Starlight!

I had headaches like that for years!!! Several per month. I started seeing an ND and I haven't had one since!!! He said the majority of females headaches are because of low progesterone. So the day after I saw him and I got the headache, I started taking my natural bio-identical progesterone...one capsule every 20 minutes until relief! My headache was totally gone by the 4th one. Seriously, no headaches since then.

I ditto the other poster about Black Cohosh...another option is magnesium citrate, does the same thing for headaches and hot flashes!!
