I had an Ioni-Thermie wrap at the salon I work at, and have another one coming up. My target areas are my "square butt". You spread a solution on your skin, they wrap a clay pack around the target areas, but the clay does not touch the skin, then they attach electrodes that strongly contract and stimulate the area. I lost a total of 4 &7/8 inches overall between my thighs and waist. The girl that did the wrap has been a client of mine since she was in the 8th grade, and I asked her flat out if this was bunk, told her I would never tell if it was, but she assured me that it is not. She says they love clients like me who detox, exercise, supplement and eat healthy. She says that a lot of the time people come in for the wrap, and then go eat a pizza and are upset that the results aren't better. The wraps are an aid in addition to all the things we are to do to lose weight and supplement.

I was pleased with the results, and will ask her to "turn up the juice" next week when I get wrapped.
