The basics ... PURE water ... mucusless diet ... cleansing ... from there, there are so many things that work for some and not for others. We are individuals.

Anybody with cronic illness needs to start with the basics and do self-experimentation from there.

I know within days of trying a supplement if it's working for me because I listen to my body.
