Begone, before someone drops a house on you...Just kidding-not-just kidding. No, really, just kidding. Sorry, couldnt resist. Twas the first thought that came to mind. We do live in the physical, hence we struggle w/duality. Saying something is good or bad, at its core, is a judgement call. And, what arent we suppose to do? We are not suppose to judge, lest thee be judged. And thats all I have to say about that.

As for me, I was up at 4am particpating in my own little happy way. It is always a blessing to watch the sunrise over the Grand Canyon. Heck, its always a blessing & I am grateful, each time I look out my back arcadia door and see the wonders of nature. Nature knows no bad or good. Nature just is. We are part of nature...

We are all here to learn lessons or we would not be here. The question is how do you choose to live? In fear and doubt? Or love and compassion? Its up to you.
