Hi

I started the Water Fast some 2 weeks back. Did it for 4 days. Then gave it up.

I want to start it again. I guess it will be better if there is someone else doing it along with you. I plan to start it tomorrow. So, Thursday, the 19th will be Day 1 for me. I have not planned on the duration yet. I intend to do it for 7 days at the least. If things go well, I will extend.

Hope I do better this time !
