Ok so I will get the epsum salt cause I donnot want to be in any pain. How would you do it and what amount would you use? Any certain day's? I hear to pic a day like saturday so youll have time to recouperate. I am on a diet now with just Lemonade and water with some vegitable. I have been on this for about a week now. So, hopfully It will be better to start the flush alittle heatheir. But, right now I dont have a clue on what amount to take and when to take it. Any adivce?
