Doesn't using Nizoral completely beat the purpose of working on being natural and treating symptoms from the inside?

Nizoral contains, for example, these ingredients: Nat. laurethsulf., nuclolauriethersulfosuccin., Macrogol 120 methyl. glucos. dioleas.

Out of all what's in that bottle I already know a few that are seriously harmful.

Do you know what all those ingredients are, and whether they are or are not good for us? I'm not saying this as to piss any indivisual off, but I really would like an answer to this one, since I do intend to live as purely as I can, starting little by little, and not taking any steps backwards once I've started.
