Hi newport....I'm not sure I'm totally following these posts. Are you thinking I might be not methylating correctly and the types of selenium I'm using are affecting my kidneys?
I do get some of my selenium from brewers yeast but most is SeMc. My Homocysteine levels used to be slightly high but not sure where they are now. I'll order a test from lef and see what that shows.

My b-12 levels should be good as I use b-12 sublingual as well as injections regularly. Those levels were low 2 years ago but I was eating some gluten products then.
