This is a plant/entheogen. It is legal in most states not just california. Congress began working to ban it 6 or 7 years ago.
Extremely powerful the most powerful by dose I know of. Way more than simple hallucinations. I have some experiential knowledge of this plant and she is not to be played with but revered if utilized only by adepts and used for divination purposes. She will rapidly burn anyone who plays with her.
