Goodday,


May I use this medium to introduce to you a business transaction which will
yield to our mutual benefit. Before I proceed, I will not forget to tell
you where I got your mail contact and also introduce myself to you. I got
your email contact from the internet as I was searching for someone to propose
for this transaction.

the awarding of approved contracts to contractors for the developement of
west Africa, it is sponssored by the world bank and the IMF,Under my chairmanship,
many contracts have been awarded and implemented by both local and foreign
contractors. This is why I am writing you, on the 21st of february 2001,
a contract was awarded to an Ivoirian contractors for the building of 115
primary schools around the country, this contract was at the value of US$
17.2 million dollars. After one week of the award of the contract, the contractor
came back to meet me and told me confidentially that he cannot finace the
completion of the contract, meaning he was financially incapable to implement
the contract.so in that developement, I told him that we shall look for
a foreign contractor who shall do the contract.After two weeks, we got a
Japaneese contractor who was interested in doing the contract, we negotiated
with him and we came to an agreement with him to do the contract for US
$ 15 million dollars. since then we have been patiently waiting for the
completion of the contract and the payment of the japaneese contractor.



Now the contract have been finalised and the contractor have been paid,
we now have the amount of US$ 2.2 million dollars in a suspense account
in a bank here in Abidjan.this is why I am writing you to assist us transfer
this fund into your bank account . The assistance we need from you are 1)
for you to provide a safe bank account where the fund will be transferred
into. 2) For you to send your bank particulars and the address of your bank.
3) For you to provide your personal telephone and fax numbers. All these
are important for the registration of your company as the foreign contractor
that did a contract worth the US$ 2.2 dollars we are about to transfer.


Please for your information, I have every power to transfer this fund myself
to an account, but due to the fact that the contract money must be paid
into a foreign account because it falls in part B which is only for foreign
contractors. I and my partner have agreed to negotiate your compensation
with you immediately we receive your email showing your interest to assist.
Please I want you to know that I will get all the documents that will proove
the award and completion of a contract worth the US$ 2.2 million dollars.I
will be glad to receive an urgent possitive response from you to enable
us commence the transaction without any waste of time.
