I had my alarm clock set for 7 am (EST 7:11 am) except that I drove my son to work at 6:20 am and just stayed up.

At 7 am, I read a prayer of protection and openness to receiving and sending out only Love. As I meditated, I chose the words, Love, Light and Peace, as I breathed in and out, initially. After a bit, I continued with that mantra breathing in and on the out breath, I released all that noone longer served me(or the others). I did, at one point, begin to zone out (as if I was trying to sleep) yet I brought myself back to the sounds of the cd, I had on. I felt relaxed and possibly, peace.

Afterwards, I went to bed for an hour (would have stayed there longer but had a massage appointment). During the massage appointment, I was introspective, for the first 45-55 minutes. Then talked with massuesse, who is also my friend.

I am glad I did not give in to the fear. I am glad I connected with God and allowed the Love to enter into and through me.
