I am an artist, too in the sme time zone. I slept, allowing my alarm clock to wake me in time. At 4:11 I began re-reading my gratitude journals. After awhile I began a new one online. I then wrote appreciation emails to my family. I felt so grateful for being alive I was moved to tears. When the hour was up I went back to bed and fell asleep thinking of trees, clear skies, clean water, kisses, hugs, soft warm blankets, fresh food and sunshine. It was pretty great.
And I have been smiling all day today.
