IODINE made me break-out like crazy, and it's also in kelp, a common ingredient of "green" drinks. I also found that iron-pumping supplements like arginine activated testosterone and worsened acne.
Please try the horopito extract if stopping Iodine doesn't work for you; I'd love to see someone else benefit from it.
And scars can be improved greatly by laser treatment, but it's not cheap. I found using microdermabrasion by neutrogena (only $30) helps by wearing down all the accumuluation of dead skin cells. Though they may bother you, many sexy, popular male actors are considered attractive and masculine with Acne scars... not so with women! Good luck. And PLEASE try horopito.
