The mucusless diet is a Dr. Christopher theory that allows grains and vegetables, you may find this in one of his old news letters in the members page, etc..His book on this cost $2.00.

I am the one that suggest raw fruits as the only diet that Obey's Gods plan for humans, all other foods are a sin and receive just punishment and thats why the bible calls us all sinners.
