I also tossed some foods - tomato paste w/ citric acid , raspberry preserves Sugar free but with pectin & citric acid , organic cottage cheese & sour cream with added dry milk, citric acid & carragean gum...Oh well - better in the garbage then in my body!

At least now we know :)

We can do better from here!!
