Would anyone like to comment on the above article. I bought a water distiller a month or so ago and have been very happy with it. But I keep reading conflicting info as to whether or not the water is good for me. I add a small amount of celtic Sea Salt to the water and I leave it in the sun for several hours before putting it in the fridge. Although we haven't had any sun the last few days. But this article says that exposing it to air causes it to go acidic.

So confused!
