Hi,

I am embarking on a prolonged Water Fast tomorrow. I'm aiming for 28 days since I previously did a 15-day Water Fast and the results were fantastic--clearer skin, weight loss, and an overall great attitude towards life.

The first two days (that is Tuesday and Wednesday) I'll drink only juices to ease the process and then continue with water for 28 days. I plan to do several enemas and probably 1 or 2 SWF's.

Anybody wants to join me???
