Relieved to know it's not just me! Your right about how acute they seem. I tend to know almost immediately after taking a supplement. I go quite sleepy, my nose tends to run and my muscles tend to ache all over. I feel like I want to take a nap. I soon seem to recover although not as brisk as before, which lends me even more to think the candida is resisting. Usually, the die-off reaction, leaves me feeling better than I did before and this doesn't seem to be the case.

Which anti-fungals have you tried?
Have you done any cleansing?
