Thanks, that was interesting and helpful. What infuriates me is that I can find no such information as part of the AA literature. I own most of it. Thinking of adding meetings and now working with nutritional support, the gym 5 days a week and I may even attempt a liver cleanse (never done anything of the sort before), I'm hopeful.

Appreciate your thoughtful response. I will visit the other sites.
