Hey all,

Me a mum have decided to go on a fast for a week, and after that I was thinking about a liver flush, and some sort of bowel cleansing for mum. In what order should I go about this?

Some background info: We've both fasted before. I've got pretty severe candida overgrowth going on, I've already done P&B shakes and a Humaworm treatment. Mum's got the irritable bowel syndrome (as far as I know, it's a bit hard to translate), and is suffering from weight problems and heaps of other stuff.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
